Mini Encore flap discs work in confined spaces and have more material and longer life than single layer laminated discs. The SAIT-LOK-R quick change backing offers fast, easy disc changes and less downtime. Just twist to unlock backing pad from the disc’s nylon-threaded hub. Universal backings fit most major backing pad brands on the market or use SAIT’s backing pad 95173 medium density or 95273 hard density for aggressive cutting action. Used for stainless steel, high-tensile steel, titanium, ferrous metals (iron, steel, welds) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass).
