Nexalloy NEX404336416 is an ER4043 aluminum MIG welding wire containing approximately 5% silicon. The silicon improves weld-puddle fluidity and wetting action, helping produce a smooth, bright bead with reduced crack sensitivity.
This all-position filler wire is intended for welding heat-treatable 6XXX-series aluminum and compatible cast alloys. Common applications include bicycles, trailers, trucks, automotive components and general aluminum fabrication.
