This carbon brush set is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement part. It is specially produced for Metabo angle grinders. Carbon brushes play important role of conducting electric current in a motor. Because carbon brushes are wear items, over time through friction and use they will gradually wear away requiring replacement. It is advised to always replace both brushes at the same time. This set includes (2) carbon brushes with lead wires attached. Please note, brush holders are sold separately. You will need a screwdriver to complete this repair.
