The PFERD 67220 POLIFAN CURVE is a high-performance radial flap disc designed for aggressive stock removal and precise finishing on fillet welds. Its patented radial flap arrangement allows multiple surfaces of the disc to contact the workpiece, helping produce consistent fillet-weld geometry without undercutting adjacent material.
The zirconia alumina abrasive provides long service life on steel and stainless steel. After the curved outer edge wears down, the disc can continue to be used as a conventional flap disc for weld dressing, chamfering and deburring.
