DESCRIPTION:
Standard P.O.L. connector threads into most refillable propane/butane cylinders to connect to regulators, hoses and other fittings. (POL = CGA 510; 0.855-14 NGO-LH; meaning Compressed Gas Association 510 standard, 0.885 inch diameter thread, 14 threads per inch, National Gas Outlet form, left hand thread).
FEATURES:
Includes excess flow safety device.
Can be used with gas grills and other low pressure devices (together with low pressure regulator).
Can also be used with some higher pressure tools such as roofing torches, up to 1.8 gallons per minute, about 500,000 BTU. For higher BTU requirements, use P-1685 type.
Hose connector end is 1/4 inch MPT (MALE RIGHT HAND PIPE THREAD) type.
