Our repair rates are very reasonable and we stand behind our work. Horizon Supply Company will provide you with an estimate prior to your tool being repaired and will provide honest feedback if the repair exceeds a reasonable replacement value of a new tool.
If you request your tool to be shipped back, shipping charges may apply. If you choose to ship the tool to our repair shop, please include the fully assembled tool, this will allow us to accurately diagnose the problem. If a partial tool is sent, there may be additional fees involved. Please contact us for details.
