The Lincoln Electric ED032564 Fleetweld® 5P+ is a cellulosic-coated E6010 stick welding electrode designed for SMAW welding of carbon steel in demanding field and shop conditions. With a 3/32 in diameter and 12 in length, this electrode provides deep penetration, strong arc force, and fast-freezing characteristics, making it well suited for pipe welding, root passes, repair work, and out-of-position welding.
Fleetweld® 5P+ electrodes are engineered for use with DC+ (DCEP) polarity and deliver reliable arc stability even on rusty, painted, or contaminated steel surfaces. The formulation supports all-position welding and produces a weld bead profile that facilitates tie-ins and consistent fusion.
