Weiler 69871 Tiger Ceramic Resin Fiber Disc is a high-performance abrasive grinding disc designed for heavy-duty industrial metalworking tasks. It is a 9-inch diameter resin fiber disc with a 7/8-inch arbor hole and 24-grit ceramic alumina abrasive, suited for aggressive stock removal and grinding.
This Tiger® ceramic grain disc delivers a superior combination of cut rate and disc life, with a self-sharpening ceramic abrasive that maintains performance throughout use. Its top coat helps grind cooler and minimizes loading, making it effective on hard-to-grind materials such as stainless steel, armored steel, high-nickel alloys, tool steel, inconel and titanium.
Built for use with right-angle grinders and other compatible tools, this disc is ideal for heavy stock removal, weld blending, edge chamfering, surface preparation and finishing in demanding fabrication, shipbuilding and industrial applications.
Specifications includes: 9 in diameter, 24 grit, ceramic alumina abrasive, resin fiber backing, 7/8 in arbor, rust color, and designed for up to ~6500 RPM operation.
